ARTIX Funnel Creator is a digital SaaS product. Due to immediate, irreversible costs to third-party AI providers when credits are used for generation, subscriptions and credit packs are strictly non-refundable.
Limited exceptions
At our sole discretion, we may refund in rare cases such as a proven technical error causing a duplicate charge, or payment taken without delivery of plan/credits within a reasonable time.
No refund for
- Change of mind after delivery of plan or credits
- Consumed AI credits
- Third-party AI or payment-network outages beyond our control
- Account suspension for Terms violations
Cancellation
You may stop future billing by cancelling before the next cycle. You keep access and remaining credits until the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds.
How to request (exception cases)
Email info@artix.co.in with your account email, Razorpay payment id, and reason within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back via Razorpay to the original method (bank timing varies).
