These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ARTIX Funnel Creator (the “Service”), operated by ARTIX, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & age
You must be at least 13 to use the Service. To purchase via Razorpay you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority). Users 13–17 need a parent or guardian to purchase and agree on their behalf.
3. Subscriptions, credits & payments
Plans and credit packs are billed in INR via Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details. AI features consume credits as shown in the product.
4. Refunds & cancellation
All sales are final. Due to immediate costs to third-party AI providers when generation runs, subscriptions and credit packs are strictly non-refundable, except rare cases such as a proven duplicate charge, at our sole discretion. You may cancel to stop future billing; access and remaining credits last until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds for unused time or credits.
5. User content & AI
You retain rights to your inputs and generated funnels. We process content only to provide the Service. Inputs may be sent to Google Gemini and HuggingFace for generation under their terms. Do not generate illegal, harmful, or highly offensive content.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARTIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use or inability to use the Service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India. Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
