By proceeding with a purchase or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Disclaimers in full.

1. AI-Generated Content — Not Professional Advice

All outputs produced by the Service — including but not limited to Business Health Scores, Brand Intelligence reports, SEO rewrites, audit narratives, social media guidance, scale playbooks, and task recommendations — are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) models operated by third-party providers (Groq, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, HuggingFace, and others).

AI-generated outputs are provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Professional business, management, or strategy consulting advice
• Legal advice or legal opinion of any kind
• Financial, investment, or accounting advice
• Marketing or advertising guarantee or performance promise
• Tax advice or tax planning
• Any other regulated professional service

You should consult a qualified professional (business consultant, lawyer, chartered accountant, digital marketing expert, etc.) before making any significant business, financial, or legal decisions — even if those decisions were informed by outputs from this Service.

2. No Guarantee of Results

ARTIX makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of the Service will result in increased revenue, improved search rankings, greater brand awareness, more leads, business growth, or any other specific outcome.

Business results depend on a wide range of factors outside ARTIX's control, including but not limited to: the quality and consistency of your implementation of recommendations, market conditions, competitor activity, economic environment, platform algorithm changes, and your business capabilities. Past results achieved by other users of the Service (if any are referenced) are not a guarantee of future results for your business.

3. AI Accuracy & Hallucinations

AI language models, by their nature, can produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or entirely fabricated (a phenomenon commonly referred to as “hallucination”). This can include:

• Incorrect facts, statistics, or market data
• Non-existent citations, tools, or platforms
• Outdated recommendations based on superseded best practices
• Misinterpretation of your business context due to input ambiguity
• Generic advice that may not be appropriate for your specific business, industry, or geography

You are solely responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated outputs before acting on them. ARTIX accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on AI outputs without independent verification.

4. Health Score Methodology Disclaimer

The “Business Health Score” and related category scores produced by the Service are proprietary metrics generated by ARTIX's AI pipeline based on the information you provide during onboarding and subsequent audits. These scores:

• Are not industry-standardised ratings and have no equivalence to ratings issued by regulatory bodies, credit agencies, or professional associations.
• Reflect ARTIX's interpretive model of your inputs at the time of generation; they may change on re-audit even without material changes to your business.
• Should not be used as the sole basis for business decisions, investor presentations, loan applications, or any official documentation.

5. Website Crawl & SEO Disclaimer

When you provide a website URL, the Service may crawl publicly accessible pages of that website to generate audit and SEO recommendations. You warrant that:

• You own, control, or have authorisation to submit the URL for analysis.
• You will not use crawl or SEO features for any website you do not have permission to audit.

SEO recommendations generated by the Service reflect general best practices at the time of generation. Search engine algorithms change frequently. ARTIX does not guarantee any improvement in search engine rankings, organic traffic, or indexation as a result of implementing the Service's SEO recommendations.

6. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

The Service may reference, analyse, or make recommendations relating to third-party platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and others. ARTIX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any such third-party platform. Recommendations relating to third-party platforms are based on publicly available information and general best practices, and may become outdated as those platforms change their policies, algorithms, or interfaces.

7. Payment & Pricing Disclaimer

• All sales are final. Digital services are delivered immediately upon payment and are non-refundable except in the specific exceptional circumstances described in our Refund Policy.
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• The purchase of a Growth or Scale plan is a monthly subscription payment, not a lifetime unlock with guaranteed perpetual uptime. Access is provided for as long as your subscription is active. commercially operates the Service.
• Credits deducted for AI operations that partially succeed (e.g., an AI call completes but the output is unsatisfactory to you) are not automatically refunded.
• By clicking any payment button, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age (or that a parent/guardian has authorised the purchase), have read these Disclaimers, and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

8. Data & Privacy Disclaimer

When you input business information, website URLs, or other data into the Service:

• Your inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. While enterprise API agreements generally prohibit training on your data, ARTIX cannot provide an absolute guarantee regarding the data handling practices of third-party providers beyond what is stated in their own published policies.
• Session replay technology (Sentry) is used with all text masked and media blocked. However, no technology is perfectly secure, and you should not input highly sensitive data (passwords, financial secrets, national ID numbers) into any AI prompt field.

9. Availability & Continuity Disclaimer

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase) and AI providers. We target 99% monthly uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. In particular:

• AI features may be temporarily unavailable if an upstream AI provider experiences downtime. This is outside ARTIX's control.
• ARTIX reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• “Lifetime” access means access for as long as ARTIX operates the Service commercially, not a legally guaranteed perpetual right.

10. Jurisdiction-Specific Disclaimer

This platform is built exclusively for businesses in India (specifically Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Tirupati, Kakinada, Nellore, Rajahmundry, and towns across AP). People outside India may access the platform, but we do not adhere to, nor do we have compliance for, foreign laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA). We are not responsible in any way for foreign usage or foreign compliance. By using this Service, you acknowledge that it is governed strictly and exclusively by Indian and AP jurisdiction, especially Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam jurisdictions.
